As a member of the investment team, she was responsible for identifying new investments, underwriting, deal execution, business strategy and board member duties.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Patty began her career as a financial analyst at Rothschild Inc., where she focused on consumer M&A and restructuring. Post-acquisition, he provided financial and strategic support to portfolio company executives and has served as a board member.<\/p>\n Before joining Versa Capital, Paul worked as an M&A investment banking associate at PJ Solomon.
